Well, it’s been a year since the infamous lemonade pie fiasco where I used unsweetened instead of sweetened lemonade. I figured it was time to redeem myself. I really can read and follow a recipe, I promise!
I even mixed it up a little this time and used pink lemonade. I’m glad I did because it turned out beautiful. Oh, and it was quite tasty this time around, too. 
Megan and Dayna were the first two brave souls to eat a bite of the pie last year, so of course they had to be the first two to eat it this time around. Their reactions were just the opposite from last year, so I had to document it for proof.
The pie is tasty cool and light and would be perfect for a summer party. I’m still more of a chocolate dessert fan.
Long live the lemonade pie.
